I have a favorite band is Argentine rock, called Babasónicos, really do not know much about them because I care about them is their music, they have good music videos that break the schemes, talking about love, sexuality and culture generally. They explore with different styles in ther songs, some romantic, melancholy, or others to dance and be flirty. One of my favorite song is “irresponsible” talk the revelation in love, with a rocker rhythm on a guitar, and the letter says a crazy moment with the irresponsibilities or feeling, I like because is revealing, and i love the Singer´s voice, sensual. The band have a long trajectory, we started your carrer in the 90 years, until today play their music, they coming to chile, but I have never can see in live, but I think it must be greate, sence they play most instrument, different rhythm, that make dance, enjoy and think about love. also I like others music chilean, example styles: rap, rock, jazz, fusion, cumbia, cueca, pachanga… h

My favorite party are birthdays, I personally like the date it is, since it is summer, January 20, but I also like to go to the birthday celebrations of my family or friends, are the gestures to show our affection, small rites which we usually remember at dinner time, or "eleven". Of course this celebration is held once a year, being more expected than any other, are specific dates, which remind us that time passes and the birthdays remind us that we grow each year and we become wiser. The origin of this holiday is personal, but I think that culturally began to remember more, thanks to the calendars, since we can specifically recognize the date we are born, and so perform the ritual annually. In my family we like to share the day of the birthday and meet in the afternoon, because it is when we can all, I like the gifts and visits that do not resent every day, any afternoon becomes something special that we also celebrate sharing, remembering The celebrated and his years.

My favorite piece technology My favorite piece of technology is a radio, for me it is the best invention, listening to music in everywhere and it is not necessary live music. In my family, we always listen to music, or different style, and I remember when they gave it to me as a Christmas present, I love design of the radio, When I am in my room, I put on my radio and all a place changes, I turn on the radio to sort, rest or read. I am prefer the music, because is simple and don’t you need all me attention, I can make to other staff, just to listen and connect with the rhythm. When I do not have music in my life, it is very boring live, but I have my instinct music, this created on my body, movement. My radio helps me see the most beautiful life. 

I remember when I was a Little girl, I have play with my book the “Mickey” about Job, in there were many  options, I like the artistic options, although was not dancing precisely, I have always liked to dance, and my family to celebrate my dances. When I chose a career, I knew that it should be the dance, but the problem this is  reality with the artist in my country, since life is developed in a capitalist society, and it did not seek a future that mainly was preference of the capital, I want to create reflection for people who live in a repetitive system. The other carrer is social worker, Is also related to a collaborative social misión, I was not  to dancing, to dance is more important for me, maked  movement. My final decision was when I audition to enter the dance career at the university of chile, after several processes, enter thanks to a waiting list and I knew it was my destiny, and I deserved it. Studying an artistic career is an intense experience.

My English Hi my name is Nathalia Maulén Parada I study at university of chile, the career artistic: Dance. I like English, but it is so difficult for me to understand fast, and I forget the rules to write, or listen.  I often  listen to music in English, and sometimes  I understand the pronunciation, I like music in other language, it produces a very nice sound for me, but I don’t always know what it is said, and I think it is written just like Spanish, also the same happens to me when I watch a  movie in English, I understand the context, not everything they talk. In my opinion I can learn English well, when I study everyday, and relate it with the daily life.
